Certified Michiana Contest Rules
Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older.
- Employees, families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses), and those living in the same household of Certified Michiana, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising agencies, and web providers are ineligible.
Entry
- No purchase is necessary.
- Enter online at certifiedmichiana.com.
- Complete the entry form with your email address, name, address, and gender.
- Limit one entry per person. Entries with multiple identities will be disqualified.
Contest Period
- The contest period starts and ends as specified on the Certified Michiana website.
Selection of Winners
- Winners will be chosen randomly.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Prizes
- Prizes will be awarded as specified on the Certified Michiana website.
- Prizes cannot be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- Winners are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with the prize.
- Certified Michiana reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Privacy
- By entering, you consent to Certified Michiana collecting your personal information for contest administration and marketing purposes according to their privacy policy.
Rights Granted
- By entering, you grant Certified Michiana the right to use your submission for marketing and promotional purposes, including sending you surveys and marketing communications.
Indemnification
- Certified Michiana reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed offensive, inappropriate, or not in line with their image.
- Entries generated by automated means are void.
- Certified Michiana reserves the right to disqualify anyone tampering with the contest.
Miscellaneous
- Certified Michiana may select alternate winners if the original winner fails to respond or meet eligibility requirements.
- By entering, you agree to release Certified Michiana from any liability arising from your participation in the contest.
- Winners agree to allow Certified Michiana to use their name and address for advertising purposes.
- Certified Michiana reserves the right to terminate or modify the contest at any time.
- For a list of winners, email [email protected] or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Certified Michiana, Elkhart, Indiana. Winner names will be disclosed only after prizes are awarded.
Other Conditions
- Certified Michiana is not responsible for technical problems or errors that may affect the contest.
- By entering, you agree that all legal matters are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
- Certified Michiana reserves the right to disqualify anyone tampering with the contest or violating the rules.
- Certified Michiana’s failure to enforce any rule does not constitute a waiver of that rule.
